At the outset learned APP on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation Police have submitted charge sheet on 12th January 2023 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Thane.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C before the Trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.

It is needless to mention that, this Court has not adjudicated
