By Order dated 25 th January, 2011 the appellant was directed to file adequate number of copies of the paper book within a period of one year. The parties were put to notice that failure to file the paper book would lead to dismissal of the appeal for non prosecution, without further reference to the Court. The applicant had not pps
7 caf 811-18.doc complied with the said condition, which resulted in dismissal of the appeal.

By this application, the applicant has sought restoration of the appeal. The learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that he would comply with the order within a period of four weeks. In view of the said statement, and also in view of the reasons stated in paragraph 11 of the application, the appeal is ordered to be restored to the file, subject to the applicant furnishing paper book within four weeks.
