The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State has filed an additional affidavit dated 2nd August, 2016. It is stated that the transit passes have been issued to the Petitioner and the Petitioner is allowed to do transportation of sand from Mauje -Narangi Bundar within the stipulated period of 45 days i.e. from 1.10.2016 to 14.11.2016.

In view of this statement, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. M.S. SONAK, J.
