Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Pramod Poradmal, P.I. of Vashi Police Station submitted that, the trial of Petitioner's case i.e. MCOC Case No. 6 of 2011 has already commenced and till date, the prosecution has examined 3 witnesses.

2. As the case is of the year 2011, we hereby direct the learned Special Judge, Thane seized of MCOC Case No. 6 of 2011 to expedite the hearing of the said case and make an endeavor to conclude the hearing of the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of present Order.

3. Registrar Judicial-(I) is directed to communicate this Order to the Registrar of Sessions Court, Thane.

4. Learned APP is directed to communicate this Order to the 1/2
