This Court had already granted interim protection to the admission of the Petitioner by a specific order passed on 20 November 2020. By this order, this Court has granted relief in terms of prayer clause (d) till the next date. Prayer clause (d) is quite clear. Thus, by

sg 503.ia1119-22.doc way of interim protection, the admission of the Petitioner has been protected.

Leave to amend the interim application is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The interim application is disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a request for issuance of the specific direction for permitting the Petitioner to appear at the First Year MBBS Examination scheduled to start from 3 March 2022.

The petition is stood over to 29 March 2022. On the next date, this petition is likely to be taken up for final hearing at the admission stage. We extend the interim order till the next date. While extending the interim relief already granted till the next date, we also direct the Respondent Authorities to permit the Petitioner to appear for the First Year MBBS Examination, provided the examination form is already submitted well within time, subject to the conditions that result of the examination shall not be declared without prior permission of this Court and these interim orders shall not create any equity or right in favour of the Petitioner.
