Learned APP on instructions from the Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai submitted that, Petitioner has been convicted by the Special Court at Mumbai and is sentenced to life imprisonment. That, the Petitioner has now been transferred to Nagpur Central Prison for undergoing sentence. 2.

In view of the above, Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Chief Medical Officer, Nagpur Central Prison for his medical treatment. The Chief Medical Officer, Nagpur Central Prison is hereby directed to provide necessary medical treatment to the Petitioner if required.
