A short grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that though possession of the land of the petitioner is taken by the respondent no.2, the land is not yet acquired.

We direct the respondent no.2 to take an appropriate decision within eight weeks from today on the grievance made by the petitioner in this petition that the land of the petitioner is not acquired. 3.

The decision that would be taken by the respondent no.2 shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of such decision. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order that would be passed by the respondent no.2, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings permissible in law. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
