The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 21-9-2016. The said order mandated the removal of office objections within a particular time frame. On default being committed by the Petitioner the conditional order came into operation and the Petition accordingly stood dismissed for non prosecution. In my view, one final indulgence is required to be shown to the Petitioner. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the Writ Petition is restored to file. The mmj
caw-487-17-(22) Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the office objection / objections would be removed within 10 days from date. If the office objection / objections are removed, list the Petition for admission on 31-3-2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
