This application is moved for bail. The applicant/accused is charged under section 302, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(25) and 425 of the Indian Arms Act. This is a 5th bail application. The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the ballistic report which was produced by the prosecution during the trial is found faulty and therefore, another ballistic report was awaited and is now received by the Court. Therefore, this being a change of circumstance, this bail application is preferred.

Learned Prosecutor submits that all the 27 witnesses are examined. Even one Investigating Officer is examined in this case. 1 / 2
