By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed for expeditious hearing of his pending case in C.R. No. 99/2015 registered with DCB CID, Mumbai.

Learned APP on instructions from Deputy Superintendent, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that the Petitioner has been convicted in MCOC Special Case No. 1/2016 arising out of C.R. No. 99/2015 and he is presently lodged at Mumbai Central Prison as the Petitioner is also an accused in MCOC Special Case No. 3/2016. 3.
