By this application, the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R.No.275 of 2021 registered at Akkalkot Police Station, Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 427, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act. 4.
According to the prosecution, on 12.6.2021 at about 5.30 p.m., the present Applicant, along with other co-accused, assaulted the deceased and other injured witnesses by axe, sword and stones on account of a previous dispute.

The Applicant was arrested on 13.06.2021, and since then, he has been languishing in jail. The Sessions Court rejected the application for bail filed by the Applicant. It is also an admitted position that one of the co-accused persons was granted bail by this Court by an order dated 11.11.2022 passed in Bail Application No.3961 of 2021.

This Court has perused the copy of the charge sheet filed along with the accompanying documents. The applicant has remained behind bars for about one and a half years. According to the eye witness Siddhram Hanmant Patil, the present Applicant assaulted the deceased with a fist and kick blows. The alleged head injury which caused the deceased's death is not attributed to the present Applicant. One of the co-accused is already released on bail. There is nothing on record to show that the Applicant has criminal antecedents. The investigation is already completed, Page No. 2 of 3
and the charge sheet has been filed. Considering the material collected against the Applicant, I am inclined to grant bail to the Applicant. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
a) The Applicant Ambadas Shankar Koli be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.275 of 2021 registered at Akkalkot Police Station, Solapur, on furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court.
b)The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and/or give threat or inducement to any of the prosecution witnesses. c) The Applicant shall furnish the permanent address and contact details to the Inspector of Police, Akkalkot Police Station and intimate the change, if any.
d)The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
