Having heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Thane, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 5th September, 2013, a copy of which is annexed at page 52, as expeditiously as possible and, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 3.
