29-WP-2309-2024.doc same, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner sought leave to unconditionally withdraw the above Writ Petition keeping all their rights and contentions on merits open.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is unconditionally withdrawn. However, all rights and contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open.

We must clarify that we have not granted any liberty to the Petitioner to file any fresh Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India.
