Learned counsel appearing for Respondent no.4 submits that respondent no.4 has recently passed away. She submits that in view of this subsequent development, the reliefs claimed in this petition i.e. (a) and (c) may not survive. As regards prayer clause (b) is concerned, consequences of death of respondent no.4 shall follow on the department inquiry. Be that as it may be, since nobody is appearing for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
