Mr. Bandiwadekar, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with further liberty to take recourse to the alternate remedy available in law.

However, it is made clear that in the event there is any delay in filing the appeal before the Appellate Authority, it shall grant the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act for the period during which the Petitioner has been prosecuting the present petition.
