Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 20 July 2023, this Court was persuaded to grant interim bail. The Applicant has also deposited an amount of Rs.2 Lakhs in the Registry of this Court. Prima facie, the allegations in the FIR appear to be primarily against the husband of the applicant. Investigation seems to be complete and the chargesheet has been lodged. At this length of time, the custodial interrogation of the SSP (corrected order as per Speaking to the Minutes of Order dt. 7 Nov. 2023) 1/2

24 aba 555 of 2023-2.doc applicant does not seem to be warranted to facilitate further investigation. I am, therefore, inclined to make the order dated 20 July 2023 absolute. 3.

The order dated 20 July 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

The application stands disposed.
