Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. In view of the averments made in paragraphs 11 and 12 of the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the condition of Applicant furnishing a spare copy of the main application within a period of three weeks from pps
