This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner No.3 on record.

Learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the proposed legal heirs being petitioner Nos.3A, 3A1, 3A2, 3A3, 3A4, 3B and 3C.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The petitioner No.3 died on 17/6/2019. The death certifcate is on record. The petitioner No.3 is survived by the legal heirs which are shown in the cause title.

I am satisfed with the explanation ofered in the application for delay, hence the delay is condoned. Further for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

Consequential amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
