The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that by this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking to recall the order dated 15.03.2019 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by which Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonremoval of offce objections. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently, it remained on their part to remove all offce objections. He submits that Applicant undertakes to remove all offce objections within four weeks from today. Mohite 1/2
