Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel abroad for business purpose from 10th March, 2015 to 14th March, 2015 to Germany and from 14th April to 20th April, 2015 to Milan-Italy. He submits that this Court had on previous occasion vide orders dated 22.8.2014 and 3.2.2015 permitted the applicant to travel abroad for business purpose. He submits that the applicant has not misused the liberty granted to him Shivgan 1/3

and has abided by the orders passed by this Court. Perused the application. The applicant has annexed his itinerary, wherein he has stated that he intends to travel to Germany from 10th March, 2015 to 14th March, 2015 and thereafter to Italy from 14th April to 20th April, 2015. As the applicant intends to travel abroad for business purpose and as he has not committed breach of any of the conditions imposed on him, by this Court vide earlier orders, the applicant deserves grant of relief as is prayed for. Accordingly, I pass the following order: (I) The application is allowed.

(II) The applicant is permitted to travel from 10th March, 2015 to 14th March, 2015 to Germany and from 14th April to 20th April, 2015 to Milan-Italy.

(III) The applicant shall furnish details of his itinerary including flight details to the concerned police station. (IV) He shall furnish his mobile number and address where he intends to reside during his travel. (V) On his return from Germany and Italy to India , he shall inform the same to the concerned police station. Shivgan 2/3
