At the outset, learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Petition for approach the authorities of MSRDC in terms of Dispute Resolution Clause 33 of the Contract. He stated that such formal application would be moved within four weeks from today. If the same is received by the said authority, we are sure, the decision thereon as envisaged in the said Clause would be rendered expeditiously. Contentions of both the sides are kept open. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
