After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application. He, however, submits that the charges in this case are already framed and, therefore, suitable directions be given to the trial Court. 2.

Considering the above submissions, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. Since the charges are already framed, learned trial Judge shall take the next step urgently in the trial. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
