On 21st February, 2024 this Court had passed Order on Civil Application No. 6354 of 2024 however same is wrongly carried with Civil Application No. 1584 of 2018 that was filed for stay. This Court had permitted to carry out necessary amendment within period of 3 weeks from the date of Order. Looking to the prayer of present Application it is seen that infact the amendment was sought by the present Application the Respondents is also accept this position.
