Mr. Nakhwa, learned APP has tendered across the Bar, a copy of the letter dated 12.06.2022 addressed to the Registrar, Appellate Side, Bombay High Court by the Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

Upon perusal of the contents of the said letter, it appears that on completion of the entire sentence, the petitioner has been released from the jail on 23.06.2018.
