At the outset, learned Counsels for the Applicants state, on instructions, that the Applicants do not press for the reliefs prayed for in these applications at this stage with liberty to file the applications afresh, in the event their Appeals are not heard within a reasonable period. The learned Counsels for the Applicants have requested that the Appeals be set down for final hearing as the paper-book has been received and the accused have virtually undergoing 8 1⁄2 years of imprisonment. 2.

In that light of the matter, therefore, we dismiss these Criminal Applications, as not pressed, with liberty as prayed for and direct that the Appeals filed by the Applicants along with the companion Appeal, being Criminal Appeal No.1355 of 2012, be added to the 'Final Hearing Board' from 1st April, 2015 and be listed before the Court for final hearing on 20th April, 2015, subject to any overnight part heard matters.
