The Applicant had earlier approached this Court vide Anticipatory Bail Application No.3044/2021. On 9.2.2022, following order was passed:

"1. After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly. In view of disposal of this application, nothing survives in Interim Application No.384/2022 and same also stands disposed of."

A solemn prayer with responsibility was made before the Court for unconditional withdrawal of that application. Inspite of such prayer being granted, now again this second application on almost the same grounds is filed. 3.

In my opinion, there is absolutely no change in the circumstance, pleaded or shown to me. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this application. On the other hand, an attempt was made to make comments on the character of the first informant by showing some other offence registered at her instance. This practice is also not appreciated.

Considering the earlier order passed and unconditional withdrawal of the application, present application is not entertained and is accordingly disposed of. In view of disposal of this application, nothing survives in Interim Application No.827/2022 and same also stands disposed of.
