This First Appeal challenges the judgement and order dated 16th January 2013 passed by the City Civil Judge at Dindoshi, Mumbai in S. C. Suit No. 4541 of 2006. The appeal was admitted on 11th June 2014 and the record & proceedings were received, but the Appellant has not filed the private paper-book within the stipulated time. The Appellant had sought an adjournment on the ground of illness of the arguing Counsel and hence, the matter was adjourned.

Even today none appears for the Appellant. The appeal is thus dismissed for want of prosecution.
