Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Perused the substantive prayers made in the application. Such prayers cannot be considered on merits in a civil application filed in a disposed of Writ Petition. Only on this ground, we decline to entertain this application. Accordingly, the application is disposed of. However, this order will not prevent the applicant from taking out appropriate substantive proceedings in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties in that behalf are kept open.
