Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Though the respondent no.3 is duly served, no one appeared on behalf of him, when the matter called out.

This civil application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 95 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 10.07.2013 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 14 of 2008. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer Sneha Chavan 1/2

"a) That the delay of 95 days caused in filing the present First Appeal be kindly condoned and the accompanying First Appeal be registered and heard for admission."

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
