This Court has passed an order in the leading matter i.e. First Appeal No.1125 of 2022. The submissions are recorded and reasons assigned in that matter. In the present matter, learned Trial Court has directed to create 40 fixed deposits of an amount of Rs.8,000/- each and the said was directed to be released one every month along with interest accrued thereon. By this time, some fixed deposits have already been released. In view of the view taken by this Court in First Appeal No.1125 of 2022, following order is passed :- i) All claimants who are now major will be entitled to withdraw 50% of the fixed deposits along with accrued interest thereon presently lying in the Bank. The remaining fixed deposits be released every month as per the schedule given by the Railway Tribunal.
