This is an application for expeditious hearing of the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants were convicted in the year 2013. Both of them were working in the same department. They are husband and wife. They were dismissed and are facing financial difficulties.

Considering these submissions, appeal is expedited. The appeal shall be added to the final hearing board in the week commencing from 14th November, 2022.
