The first informant wants to join in this proceedings. Prayer clause (a) of Interim Application No.711 of 2023 is allowed. The documents are annexed to the Interim Application. The first informant may place reliance on it while arguing Anticipatory Bail Application.

Learned APP seeks time as the Officer is not present.

4. Let interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date.

Learned Advocate for the first informant pointed out that in fact, there is only direction to report to the Investigating Officer on few dates and there is no interim protection as such. 6.

This Court has already observed in the order dated 22/02/2023 about merits of the matter. It seems inadvertently directions about interim protection were not be given. So today, it is clarified as follows :

O R D E R

(a) In the event of arrest, all the Applicants be released on bail on 2/3

furnishing personal bond and surety bond of Rs.25,000/- each in connection with C.R. No.0018 of 2023 dated 19/01/2023 registered at Badlapur West police station, for the offences punishable under sections 306 and 34 of IPC.

(b) The Applicants to co-operate with police as and when required. 7.

Matter be kept on 24th April 2023.
