After hearing on this petition progressed at some length, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings assailing the order dated 31 August 2020 passed by the Deputy Controller, Rationing, 'D' Circle, Santacruz, Mumbai, as also the impugned order dated 28 January 2021.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

Let such proceedings be filed within two weeks from today. Once the proceedings are filed before the appropriate authority, the petitioner is at liberty to make a prayer for early hearing. All contentions are expressly kept open.
