This application is filed for modification of the condition of order dated 11.03.2019 by which the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune (Special Court under the NDPS Act) has directed the Applicants to furnish one or two local sureties in the sum of Rs.1,25,000/-.

The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants hail from village Adava, Taluka Mohana, Orissa and he is unable to furnish any local sureties. She pointed out that the Special Court by way of abundant precaution has also directed to deposit cash surety of Rs.25,000/- each, which may be enhanced, if found necessary.

Considering the over all circumstances, the condition of local sureties is relaxed.

The Applicants shall furnish a PR bond in the sum of Rs.1,25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount and shall deposit a cash security of Rs.50,000/- each. 5.
The Applicants are further directed to furnish their local address along with proof before the learned Special Judge. 6.
