Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. The applicant seeks relaxation of the condition to attend the Crime Branch as directed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 531 of 2014 on 6th May, 2014.

It is submitted that out of 400 the prosecution examined 50 witnesses so far. It will take a considerable time to conclude the trial and, therefore, the applicant seeks relaxation of the said REKHA PRAKASH PATIL condition.

Learned APP has no objection.

As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under;

" a. That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to further relax the condition of attendance imposed by order dated 06/05/2014 passed in Criminal Bail application No. 531 of 2014 (Coram: A. R. Joshi J) which is relaxed by order dated 01/12/2015 passed in Criminal Application No. 297 of 2015 in Criminal Bail application No. 531 of 2014 (Coram: A. S. Gadkari J)."

Application stands disposed of.
