Called out before the Special Bench constituted to hear the old writ petitions in Vacation. As a result of demise of Advocate for the petitioners, the Court service notice was ordered to be issued to the petitioners. The office remark shows that Court service notice is returned unserved with the remark that the petitioners are not residing at the address mentioned in the cause list.

Hence, the petitioners have not complied with the duty of furnishing their correct address to the Court.
