This Application is preferred for restoration of First Appeal which came to be dismissed in view of conditional order dated 07.08.2023. By the order two weeks time was granted to remove office objections. On failure, registration was to stand dismissed. In view of this order, registration came to be refused. Learned advocate submits that in fact the report on the official website shows that all the objections are complied. As a matter of fact, there were no objections at all, as the Appeal was complete in all respects. It is due to inadvertence, office has raised some objections. Now it appears on the website that all the office objections are removed. He thus prays for restoration of the Appeal. BGP.

Learned AGP opposes the Application, however, fairly concedes as a matter of fact, there were no objections. 3.
