The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Petition. The ground made out is that the Petitioner No.2(d) who is in possession is a senior citizen being more than 70 years of age. The Petition is of the year 2000. In my view it will be just and proper to expedite the hearing of the above Petition. The Petition is accordingly to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 22-8-2015, to be shown at the appropriate place in the final hearing board as per chronological order.
