The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.1 on record and for condonation of delay of 9 months in filing the Civil Application. None appears for the heirs of the Respondent No.1 though served. The reasons for the delay find a place in the Civil Application. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.1 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. List the Petition for admission after three weeks i.e. on 07.03.2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
