Te Petitioners filed some objections to the preparations of the voters list. Admittedly, those objections were delayed and beyond the permissible time. However, the voters list has not yet been finalized. Indeed, the 2nd and 3rd Respondents are still considering other objections as well.

In these circumstances, we see no reason why the 2nd and 3rd Respondents should not consider the objections of the Petitioners along with other objections filed till date. They are directed to do so. 2nd March 2022

The objections of the Petitioner have obviously to be considered before the voters list is finalized. 5.
