Mr. Sayed seeks permission to withdraw these Contempt Petitions on the ground that petitioners have received possession from the respondent No.1. He has tendered photocopy of possession receipt, which his taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. Learned Counsel for respondents have no objection for withdrawal of the Contempt Petitions.
