In view of limited availability of the forum of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (`Tribunal'), the petition is not pressed for any order on merits and sought to be withdrawn, with a view to making proper application before the Tribunal and pressing for early hearing. Learned counsel for the Respondents having no objection to withdrawal of the petition and without entering into merits, if any, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to take such appropriate alternative remedy as may be available to the Petitioner.
