This Court vide its order dated 10th July, 2023 in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 24th April, 2023 in Special Leave to Appeal (c) No.8235 of 2023 had appointed a retired learned District Judge to hold an enquiry of Abhinav Shetkari Shikshan Mandal. The enquiry has already commenced. Prayer is for extension of time for the Enquiry Officer to complete the enquiry. 2.

The Respondents do not have any objection for extension of such time as prayed for.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus; "b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time of the inquiry of Abhinav Shetkari Shikshan Mandal for further period of 6 weeks;
