This petition is filed seeking directions to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to register the First Information Report against Respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6 on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 1 February 2017 annexed at Exhibit-'B', page 19. Learned APP, on instructions of the Senior Inspector of Police, Kashimira Police Station, Mira Road, DistThane, makes a statement that on the basis of complaint of one Sita Warghade, F.I.R. No.43 of 2017 is already registered against the Petitioner's husband for an offence under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POSCO Act. She also states that the Petitioner was also called by Kashimira Police Station in pursuance of the said

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will report to Kashimira Police Station by tomorrow 11.00 a.m. Learned APP, on instructions, further states that once the Petitioner remains present before PSO, Kashimira Police Station, her statement would be recorded with respect to her complaint, which is subject matter of this petition. Appropriate action would be taken within a period of 7 days from tomorrow. Statement accepted.
