It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The learned Judge, City Civil Court, Goregaon, is directed to dispose of the Notice of Motion No.2621 of 2015 in S.C. Suit No.2493 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, without being influenced by the fact that the Appellants have withdrawn the appeals and that the ad-interim relief order is operating in favour of the Respondent.
