We find that the charge sheet is already filed for the offences punishable under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506(i) read with Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, statutory remedies available to the Applicant before the appropriate Court. By granting liberty to the Applicant to approach the appropriate Court, we dispose of the Application. All contentions on merits are kept open.
