DATE:
1st March, 2016 P.C.:- (In Chamber at 2.35 P.M.) 1.
Petitioner has filed this Review Petition inter alia seeking the relief that she may be granted admission to the postgraduate diploma courses in medicine. This Court by order dated 31st October, 2012 dismissed the Petition
2/2 RPWST/6293/13 primarily on the ground that any candidate who seeks admission to postgraduate diploma courses has to appear for Common Entrance Test and the Petitioner not having fulfilled the said eligibility criteria, was not entitled to be considered. Petitioner challenged the said order in the Apex Court by filing an SLP. However, after the SLP was argued for sometime, it was withdrawn with liberty to file Review Petition before this Court. Hence, this Review Petition has been filed by the Petitioner.
2.
In our view, there is gross delay in filing the Review Petition. Secondly, no statement is made in the Review Petition as to whether the Petitioner has appeared for Common Entrance Test in 2012. Even otherwise this Review Petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. Lastly, no ground is made out for reviewing our order. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the Review Petition. Review Petition is dismissed.
3.
Review Petition and Civil Application taken out therein are accordingly disposed of.
