The only relief sought is a direction that the Revision Application being RTS No.3813/4874/File No.60/J-5A filed by the Respondent No.2 before the Respondent No.1 be directed to be disposed of expeditiously. It seems that the said Revision Application was filed in the year 2013 and is as yet pending. The dispute involved in the Revision is as regards allotment of land to the Petitioner Society.

Hence it would be just and proper to direct the Revisionary Authority to hear and decide the said Revision Application filed by the lgc
