The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 171 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 171 days in filing the Civil Revision Application stands condoned. The Applicant to deposit costs of Rs.2000/- with the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay within two weeks from date and file evidence of the same in the proceedings. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. List the Civil Revision Application for admission on 27.04.2017.
