The counsel for the applicants states that he did not remain present in court on 13.1.2015 and on 19.1.2015 because his name was not shown on board and the name shown as Advocate for the applicants was of the erstwhile Advocate Shri Ajay S.Yadav. This appears to be correct. In view thereof, the order of dismissal passed on 19.1.2015 is re-called. Civil Application stands restored. This court had granted an ad-interim stay by an order dated 18.2.2014. Since the Civil Application is restored, the interim

KJ 2/2 CAO40.15 order of 18.2.2014 also stands revived.

The counsel for the respondent states that the applicants have cleared arrears of rent/compensation only upto February-2014. The counsel for the applicants undertakes to deposit all outstanding as on 31.3.2015 on or before 13.3.2015. The applicants are also directed to continue to deposit every month on or before 5th of every month the future rent/compensation.

Civil Application No.40 of 2015 stands disposed. Civil Application No.57 of 2014 be listed for hearing on 8.4.2015.
